Call 1800 517 403 and speak with an AI voice assistant that identifies itself as AI. After the call you receive an SMS summary. A human consult is available if you want one. This is not legal, financial, or tax advice, and SMEC AI takes no commissions.

Yes. The SMEC AI Information Line is free for eligible Australian SMEs. It is government-funded under AI Adopt. There is no charge for the call or the SMS summary.
Who answers the phone?
An AI voice assistant answers. It identifies itself as AI. It is not a human advisor. If you want to speak with a person, you can book a free 45-minute consult.
What happens after I hang up?
You receive an SMS summary of the call. Where it is relevant, that message can include a link to book a human consult. SMEC AI does not send promotional SMS unless you have consented.
Can I speak to a person?
Yes. A human consult is available. The Information Line is the quick path for a specific question; the 45-minute consultation is the structured session with an advisor.
