What is free
For eligible SMEs, Adopt support has no fees or subscriptions. That covers the AI Information Line, a 45-minute consultation, and the self-service tools.
What is paid
Some work is priced separately and is optional. The AI Audit is $1,000. Medical automation projects are $7k–$15k. Those amounts are not bundled into Adopt support.
Who this applies to
Free Adopt support is for eligible Australian SMEs. Eligibility is typically fewer than 200 staff and annual revenue below $50 million. If you are not sure, call the Information Line or ask on a consult.
